Good access panel door
Works perfect for the spot wanted it. Looks great too. Easy to install, fit well, not too heavy but sturdy enough to do the job.

No Key Included and Bent
No key was included and one corner of the frame is bent.Update: The seller contacted me to rectify the issue.

Quality access door!
The first one I received had two bent corners and was missing a hinge pin. Notified Amazon and they were right on top of shipping out a replacement. We re-did our bathroom and installed a new tub. There wasn't any access door and the plumber needed one so this is the route we went. Nice quality, metal door. It looks like it has a locking feature, but it doesn't. A screwdriver will open it. I prefer it that way, just one less key to lose. Easy to install. Just do your measurements. I cut slots into the studs so the reinforcement iron could slide right into the slots. Used adhesive chaulking, laid down a nice line on the perimeter and in the slots. Set the door in place, put some pressure against it and waited for it to set.

No key
Just opened it and I ordered it over threw months ago due ro construction in my house. Very dissatisfied. There was no key included with the panel.

Good value.
Great value looks good. The frame is sturdy and the door swings easily. The latch is small and a little flimsy. But overall, it worked for me.

Inadequate protection for shipping
The packaging on the product does not provide a lot of protection in the corners. It was damaged in shipping with one of the corners bent. I can’t say this is a fault of the manufacturer other than they could have provided a little more cushion around the edges. I would return for new, but I would expect a replacement to arrive in the same condition so I bent it back with pliers. It’s not perfect but is serviceable. If this wasn’t in a semi-hidden area I would have returned.

No Key
Looks great but no key included. Not sure how the thing is supposed to work without one.
