Good product good energy level would do again

I love this product. Kinda earthy taste to it but I don’t get headaches if I stop drinking it like I do with coffee so that’s a win! It has so many minerals I love it!

Let me share with you what it's like after taking it 4 days! I'm 55 and haven't been working out as much as I used to. Found this product recommended by Dr. Barbara O'Neil. Today is day 4 and after taking a pea size of it, I took my dog for a 1.5 mile walk. After that, I did an hour workout with weights, then it was time to make dinner. I noticed my puff pastry had bio-engineered ingredients, so I decided to make it from scratch. After whipping that out, and while dinner was cooking, I went on my rebounder for 30 minutes! I have never gone on it much more than 2-5 minutes. I am feeling great! I will say, I wash down the spoonful with a small glass of orange juice that has a huge chunk of ginger and turmeric blended into it. I FEEL SO ALIVE! I also am not feeling very hungry either. I will update this with any progress I make continuing forward. So far, this is my favorite supplement in my health care routine! LOVE THIS! The taste of the product reminds me of smoked molasses, or dark, bitter coffee. Kind of addicting!

Been using Shilajit for years. This is the first product I've gotten that doesn't have the distinct aroma of real Shilajit, which is earthy and pungent. It smells mildly of molasses which leads me to believe this product may be cut with syrup or something, and contain little or no actual shilajit. Haven't noticed any effects. Disappointed. Will be going back to a trusted brand I've been using.

This Himalayan resin appears to be effective and has different effects on different genders. I experimented by adding a small quantity of it to my smoothies. It blended well but had a slightly sticky consistency, similar to honey. Fortunately, it came with a small spatula for easy scooping. After consuming half of my smoothie, I noticed a sudden surge of energy. I felt exceptionally productive and engaged in cleaning and organizing tasks, which is unusual for me when I lack energy and feel fatigued.Interestingly, my husband experienced a contrasting effect. He typically possesses high energy levels, but at the end of the day, he mentioned feeling unusually tired and lacking his usual energy. It is possible that I consumed the majority of the resin in my smoothie, leaving him with a smaller portion.Overall, I would say that the resin is effective and its effects vary among individuals. I intend to continue using it in the future to observe any further noticeable changes.
