I have had recurring problems with knee pain for many years. One source of relief is using ice to cool the knee and reduce pain. I have tried zip lock bags and bags of jell you put in the freezer. These work ok but the Anima ice pack is far superior. You put in some water and lots of ice cubes. The design of the bag conforms nicely to the shape of my knee and ensures that more surface area is in contact. You can use the ice pack in a car, on an airplane or while riding in a boat. Simply hold the bag by the screw top filler. Works equally well for other body parts.

Pro: ANMIA ice pak is well made and I did not find the product to leak.Con: ANMIA ice pak includes an attachment to secure to body. I did not find this piece functional to secure to the head for migraine. It may be useful for other locations.I use AMIA ice pak often. In comparison to new methods of icing, I like the old fashion ice pak solution to address pain and swelling. The pak gets very cold and remains cold longer than other methods. In the dollar store, I found a shower cap with terry on one side and vinyl the other, to use as ice pak cover...ingenious, and works great to defuse the cold and helps to keep the pak from sliding. Water content is not harmful, as the chemical paks can be.

I was having oral surgery and needed to ice my jaw for 24 hours post surgery. I decided to try this old-fashioned ice bag rather than the frozen pack I had used after the same surgery once before. The nine inch was a perfect size to cover jaw and sinus. There is no doubt in my mind that this bag did a better job. It stayed cold for quite awhile and didn't leak when turned liquid. I have also used it as a hot water bag. My furnace went out, and I couldn't warm my feet. I filled the bag with hot water and put it on my feet. Relief! And the bag did not leak with warm water either. It's a great bag whether used hot or cold.

Good thick material and comes with a velcro strap to hold ice pack in place. It's well insulated, holding ice for hours and maximizing it's usage on sore/pulled muscles/tendons. Can't beat it for the price and fast delivery. Would buy again!

Keeps ice cold for a long time, very good product especially for the price

I'm a big fan of ice packs and use it everyday for all kinds of injuries. It's easy to use, really helps with pain relief and swellings. So far, never leaked and it holds the ice for a very long time. I'd recommend you not to keep it in the freezer and empty the bag afterwards. Just put some ice in it and is ready to go.

I unpacked these to find out that the ice bags are three DIFFERENT sizes. The smallest one is ridiculously small. Tiny.I'm not sure that this small bag is useful for anything.Be aware the bags are all different sizes.
