Good buy, sturdy. I use this in combination with red light therapy the better part of the past year & I'm seeing a decrease in fine lines. It's still sharp too & I haven't had to replace the rollers ... this is with 3 times/week use on average. It has a little bin for alcohol to keep it disinfected.

Very good quality Derma Roller. It is very well made. I love the fact that it came in a very nice protective case, like you can see in the picture. I am losing my hair, and I been using this because I was recommended to use one. it is very easy to use so far. Just have to keep up with the cleaning.

Good quality. I use this then a face mask and it I can tell the difference. Smoother more clear skin.

It def works. Little ouchy, which is what I wanted. The shallow ones.. I don’t feel go deep enough to make any difference. This one is good

This doesn’t really do anything. Go for something with longer needles or your serum just stays on skin surface.

It does what is expected, abraiding the skin for better absorption of applied products. This is the second one I've purchased, both made by different manufacturers. This one can be painfully sharp and has to be used with reasonable caution and might not be right for people with sensitive skin or scalp.
