Dogs would not eat their food with this on it.

Not sure about it
Looks more like mayo than beef gravy.Cream texture with bland, oil like smell. My dog had it on top of the kibbles and never refused. No ill effects observed either.Worth trying.

Dog skin & Coat supplement Gravy/food topper
The dog gravy comes in a 290ml plastic bottle, the suggested serving size on the bottle is 5ml per 10kg of Dogs weight per day. The price of the gravy at time of review is £12.14, I'll calculate price per serving below. If your dog is 10kg you would get 58 servings (290ml/5ml=58). At a cost of £0.20 per serving(£12.14/58=£0.20)If your dog is 20kg you would get 29 servings (290ml/10ml=29). At a cost of £0.41 per serving(£12.14/29=£0.41)If your dog is 30 kg you would get 19 servings (290ml/15ml=19.3). At a cost of £0.63 per serving(£12.14/19=£0.63).As you can see the cost per serving is slightly high in my opinion. Especially since the gravy is labeled as 93.52% water. I tested this with dog for around 2 weeks at time of review. My dog is just over 10kg, so have been giving them a serving and a half. My dog happily eats the gravy, they eat a mix of wet and dry food with the gravy added on top. I have not noticed any difference in my dogs coat/fur over the time they've been eating the gravy, the amount they moult has not changed for example. My dog moults the same amount all year round so I thought this may help. I have not niticed any change in my dogs skin either.I like that the compostion, additives and active ingriedients of the gravy is all listed on the back of the bottle, sometimes pet products do not give a full breakdown of Ingredients. The gravy is also made in the UK, which is a bonus.Overall I think this is a decent product, but its slightly pricey for not having any visible results. If I see any positive effects before its all gone I may come back and amend the review.

Dog Skin & Coat Supplement Gravy/Food Topper
If you’ve been on a quest to find the ultimate skin and coat supplement for your canine companion, the Dog Skin & Coat Supplement Gravy might just be your holy grail—or at least it looks the part. Packed with Omega-3 oil, biotin, zinc, and vitamins A and E, this beef-flavored topper promises to give your pup’s coat a glossy sheen and their skin a healthy glow. It’s got all the right stuff to keep your dog's skin and fur in tip-top shape, with a formula that sounds like it was crafted by the world’s most meticulous dog nutritionist. It’s a veritable smorgasbord of essential nutrients, ready to mix seamlessly into your furry friend’s diet. However, here’s the rub: if your dog’s idea of a tasty meal doesn’t include anything that remotely resembles this supplement, you might find yourself in a bit of a pickle. Despite its high-quality ingredients and nutritional prowess, if your dog turns up their nose at it, the whole purpose of the supplement kind of goes out the window. In summary, while the Dog Skin & Coat Supplement has everything needed to promote a shiny coat and healthy skin, it seems to be less of a culinary hit in the canine world. If your dog is a picky eater or just not a fan of the beef flavor, you might want to consider other options—or brace yourself for some creative ways to sneak it into their meals.

My very fussy dog knows that something has been added to his food.
We have a whippet with very short hair and even though I've no worries about his coat, I don't see any problem with giving him something to keep it looking good. You only need a teaspoon of this added to their food.I initially noticed that this is very runny, it moves inside the bottle very easily. Our dog, like most dogs, knows whenever we add something to his food, there is no fooling him .You only need a teaspoon of this liquid so it's easier than some to mix in.Our dog had dry food that we mix with a little meat and liquid mixed in so adding a teaspoon of this liquid is easy to mix in so that it's not visible. My hubby feed him the first time we tried him with it, and he knew something was wrong, he looked at his food, looked at us, then walked away without having any of it.Him walking away from food isn't a rare event, he's not a greedy dog, so maybe he had fed him when he wasn't really hungry, we tend to feed him when he asks for it, through experience we've found this is the best way to feed him rather than at a set time, if he hasn't asked for it by a certain time then we will feed him, but normally he let's us know when he wants his foodAfter a short time he returned to his food and ate some of it, he didn't finish it off but, again, he doesn't always eat everything. The next day, I fed him, and I was impressed that this liquid easily mixed in and it's virtually invisible, there was a little visible, but if you didn't know it was there you probably wouldn't be able to see it.This time he was ready for his food and ate it straight away. He always leaves some food and today was no difference. I'm not wholly convinced that he's getting enough of this to benefit him as he doesn't it all his food, I don't want to change his feeding regime to try and get more into him but I suppose a little of it is better than none.A teaspoon a day means that this is going to last and so it makes the asking price more acceptable. It's too early to know if it's doing any good for, but it doesn't seem to be doing any harm so I'll continue to use it and hopefully it's doing everything that it says on the bottle.

Dogs didn’t like it, underwhelming ingredients mostly water
The media could not be loaded. Dog skin & Coat supplement Gravy/food topper - 290ml 1-2 months supply - Beef flavouredYou get a squeezy 290 ml bottle of thick gel for about £11.50Neither of our normally greedy dogs would lick it from my fingers, tried several times(Couldn’t risk adding to their food as we feed high grade wet and dry food too expensive to waste)So disappointed as normally they love any kind of gravy added to their food and the more healthy the better as far as I’m concernedUnderwhelming ingredients really as the majority is water 93.5%Not for us I’m afraid and can’t recommend(Hope my comments are helpful)
