Nice spice
I have bought this product twice now. After trying a few other sellers product I found this to be the nicest . Others I have found have been over salted where as this one has just the right mix .

Great spice mixture
Makes lovely biltong. I added more chilli flakes as I like my biltong spicy but mixture lovely.

Great Biltong aroma, but....
Never seen sugar in Biltong spice before and unfortunately it does come thru once the meat is dried. The taste is too sweet. Pity. And I have to ask why sugar in Biltong spice anyway???

Spice just right
Loved the smell the taste and the easynes to use. My biltong came out devine and tasted like home.

Not for me
Did not enjoy the taste of this spice at all. No comparison to Crown Safari Biltong Spice. Left white on the meat, sweet taste mixed with the spice and did not go well with the meat at all. Definitely not for me, shame it messed up a batch of biltong but you live and you learn.
