I've had a few CCTV systems over the years, and this one by far was the easiest to set up. I also got 4 of their PTZ cameras (the ones that move) and added it to this system and everything synced up great. With the other systems, I was having trouble reaching the far ends of my house, with this system I've been able to keep the camera connected to the NVR and its about 70 feet away from it where the other systems would be struggling. The cameras also have a pretty good picture quality.I did, however, have some issues with the system shortly after putting it up but their tech support was quick and got my issues resolved and I was back in business. This is a very nice system and very easy to use. 100% would recommend it to my friends and family. I went from a 4 camera system to a 16 camera system and I love it.

I was skeptical about these cameras, I’m not tech savvy and was worried I wasn’t going to be able to figure out how to get them set up by myself. It was so easy. Literally just plug it in and follow the steps on the screen. All I had to do was plug the camera into the wall and it worked. The hardest part was getting the screws through the siding of our house. Picture quality is great. It’s clear, audio works great. The night vision is amazing too. The only thing I would change, is the cameras don’t swivel. They only go up and down. So I did buy some mounting brackets that moved side to side and it works great. I’m 100% satisfied.

I rarely make reviews or recommendations online on an item I purchased. I found this Hisee Security Camera system to be worth recommending. The set-up was extremely easy right out of the box, took only 15minutes for me to establish connections to 4 cameras and seeing them all operate seamlessly without any issues. This included installing the Hiseeu app on my Oneplus phone and viewing the cameras online using the app. So simple, connection of the 4 cameras to the home station/recorder by using the camera's QR scan. This was a fast and trouble free method. I did not encounter any issues from start to finish, during the entire set-up of my security cams. The outside installation of the camera's was way harder by comparison. It took more time and effort to get a ladder and install the camera's. Not a Hiseeu fault. I just needed to get off my ass and do a little physical work outdoors. The videos are clear and sharp. The monitor works well and defining rules to control the camera's surveillance is straight forward. To anyone sitting on the fence, I do recommend this system for a hassle free easy to hookup security cam system.

We've had this system for a little over a month. We are really liking it with 2 kids. The view it just what we were hoping for with a security system. I've found that the playback is something very beneficial as I've used to be able to see something to a family members driveway.Install was simple, just plug and connected right out the box. It wasn't complicated at all. Install the camera was a little time consuming but worth it. We had to mess around with the cameras to correct the angle to make the view right, as without the picture of the cameras were were almost sideways. This is just because of the way the base for camera doesn't allow for a just turn to the left. Once I was able to figure that out, I knew what I needed to do for the others.We have had a small blooper but customer service has been great and they are already correcting the issue.Definitely will be adding another to our other property!

I bought the fixed in place four-camera system to monitor hidden layers on my model railway, especially noting the monitor and the availability of shifting between cameras readily. Setup was much easier than I expected, literally, plug and play. I did not exercise the cloud storage option as it is not needed, so at the request for my credit card, I just continued without it.The cameras have GREAT depth of field, clearly showing detail from four inches away out to the end of the view, and the various night view functions work well. The cords for the camera power are ten feet long, so, for my application, a single power strip feeds all four cameras. (The plugs are oriented so that one plug covers a couple of slots, however, so a square power strip or block would work better.)Judging from the available menu choices, it appears that adding additional cameras will be snap.I also substituted a track ball for the provided mouse with no difficulty.The on-screen "keyboard" is somewhat tedious to use for text entry, but is also seldom used.Over all - a good system for the cost.

First time. I tried it wasn't recording till I realized the power brick for the box was wrong. It works and records flawlessly I gave 4 stars now only because 1 camera out of 4 doesn't work. Other than that its quite fine. Just make sure to use the correct power brick for the box.

Haven't tried to install may return reading instructions and it clearly states unit is not 5g as advertised

These cameras work great. Very clear and detailed view, day or night. This is the third brand of surveillance camera I have used, and it is the best yet. I had a little trouble putting the app on my cell phone, but I called the help number, and they had helped me out in minutes.
