I bought this thing on a whim a couple weeks ago. I used it 2-3 days in a row for like 10 mins on a medium setting, then I used it for like 45-50 mins on day #4 (also on medium setting). I felt like I maybe looked a little different in mirror but thought “no way, I’ve only used it four times.” I was out of town for 5 days and came back last night and my girlfriend said “oh my god, I can see and feel your abs, that thing is actually working!” I do know when I’ve used it, it does feel like I did 30-40 crunches after each use. As I told my buddy who was skeptical, it’s $40…even if it just helps sculpt, isn’t that worth it when you just have to sit there?

They vibrate you, But the pads are junk, hard to pull off hard to stick on. It’s probably a good idea. It’s just they made it too cheap. The pads absolutely don’t work.

I am not sure if this is a good product to use or not. When I place the small units on my arms they make the nerves in my arms twitch more than they do the muscles. I stopped using them due to this. While the stomach unit does not seem to work nearly as well as the smaller arm units. I tried them for almost a month and did not realize any difference in reducing the fat tire I want to get rid of.

After I got frustrated and was going to return item due to not being able to charge. While I was putting it back in the box it started vibrating. An since then it’s been very hard to stop using it. After a couple uses, the sticky part does not stay on your body and the glue I had to buy is so messy. It's not worth it
