Good but way too expensive.

Delicious, but this is not jerky
Just got our shipment. It is delicious! However, I would not call this a jerky. This is more of a hot smoked salmon. The taste is mild, not too salty. Anyhow. We love it and we will devour. Just not exactly what was expected. Used to order salmon jerky from Alaskan Smokehouse, which is great. Decided to give this one a shot and do not regret it.
