Sounds great
This is a very well made keyboard. I am quite happy with it, especially considering the price. It feels and sounds great. The packaging was also very nice. I would recommend this product.

Close to being good, but just too cheap-feeling
This is a functional keyboard that will allow you to get some work done or play games, but it's definitely a budget choice. This is a mechanical keyboard, so every key has its own individual switch. The keycaps use the Cherry profile, which is my favorite key profile (as opposed to the more popular OEM profile). They are not shine-through. The white hot-swap switches are OUTEMU branded and are linear (not clicky). This combination of keycaps and switches feel good, and there's a nice "clack" when they bottom out. The plate is mounted on what feels like a bed of either foam or silicone, and it's quite flexy. The problem, however, is the mostly plastic construction of the keyboard. Because of this, and the lack of weight, each key press can be felt all throughout the keyboard. For example, pressing the enter key can be felt by your finger resting on the left shift key. It's like the entire keyboard vibrates every time you press a key. This just makes it feel very light and cheap. The switches are mounted in the south-facing direction, which sometimes is a bother because the LEDs can shine through the keys and into your eyes. Fortunately, this isn't a problem with this keyboard. The keyboard connects via the included 2.4GHz USB dongle, Bluetooth or wired via USB-C, so you have plenty of connection options.Lighting-wise, you've got the obligatory RGB LED setup (true RGB on this keyboard) with some animated patterns and the ability to set solid colors if you want. I just set mine to solid white.I like how there's a physical switch to change between Mac and PC mode. This swaps the Win and Alt keys without having to remember a key combination to switch modes.A coiled USB-C cable and a combination keycap/switch puller is included. Also, some alternate color keycaps are included, so if you like purple and baby blue together, you'll be thrilled.Overall, it's okay for a budget mechanical keyboard. Typing on it feels okay, but the overly-plastic construction keeps it from being great. If they had used maybe a little bit of aluminum, it would have been better.

Not perfect but worth every penny
I have always been someone who only seeks big brand items especially when it comes to my PC peripherals as allot of the smaller companies just dont provide a good solid product. This keyboard and X85 have really changed my view on that as this keyboard is great especially for the price. The overall layout of the board is great to get work done but also small enough to not take up allot of desk space when gaming. This board has a medium build quality as it does feel of good quality but does lack in certain areas that some might find irritating, but for someone who has not used a $200+ board this is going to be next level for you especially at this price point. The board does have 5 layers associated with it with one of those being foam that does help with noise and vibration throughout the rest of the board when pressing the keys. The board is clicky so if you want a more silent board you might need to see what else X85 has to offer but for me the click as the key bottom outs gives me a satisfying feel especially when typing. I do like how this keyboard can be used both wired and wireless as I have two PCs and using one keyboard for both is very convenient as my main I have it plugged in and with the flip of a switch can change over to wireless and use it with my other pc. This keyboard has been my daily driver since received leaving my large price tagged board on the shelf.

really really good for the price
i have pretty substantial collection of keyboards and i know what i like when it comes to switches keycaps and sound.;..... i will say that the included keycaps on this keyboard are likely the biggest weak point of this keyboard..... and they are not even that bad.... this out of the box sounds really really nice.... im honestly kind of surprised at the sound out of the box compared to some of the other budget options i have tried.... the switches are pre lubed but honestly don't look like the best lube job..... tho i have seen worse.... i will likely go back and relube all the springs and switches myself but i will say that over all the switches are pretty nice..... the stabilizers are lubed very well out of the box.... i do like that they included extra keycaps so you can change the accent keycap colors.... the aviator cable is pretty nice as well..... i do with is had a braided outer sleeve rather than the rubber like feeling that most usb cables have....overall for the price i think it is a very nice keyboard.... im not sure what the battery life is like as i dont use keyboards wirelessly..... but i imagine it would be around the same as most wireless keyboards.... i did however get a flag for ws reputation 1 from Norton.... could be a false flag but i am not willing to take that risk..... i would say use the software at your own risk.... for that i will minus one star from what would be a 5 start reviewedit...... so after testing a few more keyboards over time i keep comping back to this one..... out of the box i think it has the best sound of the last 10 keyboards that i have tried...... i really do love this keyboard and think it sounds amazing and has nice smooth keystrokes...... again im not super stoked about the software but the keyboard is solid
