Finally I found it!
Taste good. I'm planning to make jasmine tea with genmaicha foam with this.

Tastes great
I really enjoy the taste of this roasted gem mai cha tea. It has a very earthy and grounding aspect to it. The only downside is it's a small bottle for the price.

Flavor isn’t everything.
This stuff actually doesn’t taste bad. It brings a mellowing of the common bitterness in matcha and adds cereal-like complexity. That is the only reason it gets the second star.HOWEVER, the smell is atrocious. It smells like distilled essence of burnt popcorn.Either they over-roasted this batch or this is the normal smell of this kind of tea powder and it just isn’t for me. If pungent burnt smells offend you, avoid this at all cost.

Delicious!
Recently I’ve become obsessed with making myself drinks at home in my days off. I love that this matcha has so many servings, it really is worth the price, compared to the matcha sticks I was getting in a pack of 7 for $8!!

An acquired taste
When I initially tried it, I wasn't sure what to expect from the flavor due to the toasted rice. But I honestly enjoy it. When I had it iced, it reminded me of drinking the milk left over after eating Honey Smacks cereal, but when I had it hot, it was just a beautiful hot matcha with a toasted flavor. Because the rice powder does not entirely dissolve, some sediment will settle to the bottom of your glass. Overall, I like this matcha and will purchase it again. I recommend giving it a try and discovering the distinct flavor profile for yourself.

Oh my God- this is AMAZING!
I love something that has an incredible flavor and when I find something that blows me away, I can't/won't stop talking about it. THIS is one of those things that is SO DELICIOUS that I crave it...constantly, and because it is on my mind all the time, I can't shut up about how awesome it is!To be fair, I've always loved matcha (the good matcha, not so much the cheep stuff). I'm also a fan of genmaicha too. When the two come together like this it is just this incredible combo of earthy, nutty, almost savory and fresh flavors that immediately comforts me and satisfies any type of craving I have! The quality of this is excellent! The matcha is ceremonial grade and the genmaicha, based on it's flavor, is probably the best of the best. This is very fresh (it comes in a tin and foil sealed pouch) and that is evident by the bright, fresh nose that hits you as soon as you open the bag.I know a lot of people are intimidated by matcha powder because they see the tools and effort that are used to make it. You do not need such tools to make this! (However, I did use my matcha wisk/bowl and did the whole process with this and it turned out...*chefs kiss*). But the truth is this easily mixes into hot water, milk or nut milk using only the tools you have in your house. The key is you want to make sure the powder is evenly broken up in a small bit of warm liquid first. Use a small kitchen wisk if you have one, even a fork will do just fine! If you really want to get fancy, you can use a milk frother and it comes out so rich, creamy and delicious. This powder makes it easy to make coffee shop style drinks at home!Another reason I love this SO MUCH- it has no added sugar or sweetener! I don't like sugary drinks. Can't stand them actually. (I've never had a soda in my 41 years of life!)The matcha has a earthy flavor that isn't naturally sweet, but very pleasant. The genmaicha on the other hand is wonderfully complex, with layers of flavor. It does have a natural sweetness to it, that is nice and light, not at all overwhelming. Of course, you can add any sweetener of your choice, but straight out of the pouch this is (thankfully) unsweetened.I've used this in hot drinks, cold drinks and I've baked with it too. No matter what task I put this to, it delivers incredible results. It's just THAT good of a product. You get quite a lot of powder too. Sure, rice is cheep, but ceremonial matcha isn't. The fact that this is only $23 makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong (stealing). I'm just amazed that they can sell this for such an affordable price. And make no mistake- this isn't poor quality...at all.I'm now half way through my second tin and about to order another. I know this review is ridiculously long, but I just can't stress how delicious this is!This is in my top 5 favorite Amazon finds of all time!

nice roasted taste
I never had a matcha powder like this before were it had something else besides green tea. This has powdered roasted rice which is what genmaicha is. It didn't affect the look of matcha either and you don't even see it since its all green like matcha powder. It is hard to tell how much of each is in here so I can't the ratio. But so far it taste great!Since the roasted rice is the first one on the list and has the strongest flavor it seems to be the most. The matcha part is subtle . Definitely not bitter or grassy. Mostly roasted rice honestly so if you like that better than matcha then you would like this! Since it has rice is does thicken the water up a bit compare to just matcha. So the bottom of your cup would have a thick drink sludge which I don't really recommend drink since it does taste like drinking flour.
