Perfect little scale. I like how the maximum weight of this scale is higher than most others. I have had it for months now and I use it multiple times every day and it still works perfect. Even tho it has the calibration weight, i have only had to reset the scale 2 times. I really like it, and would recommend it to anyone that needs a 0.01 scale :)

Very good, stable, precise and easy to clean. It takes a second or two or register weight change but I only require 0.1mg precision so that is already great.

I got interested in gold and silver coins a few years ago but I was worried about buying fake coins. I studied a lot about how to spot fakes or test to confirm good coins. One of the primary ways to authenticate coins is by weight. When they fake a coin, it’s either the wrong weight or the wrong dimensions. An accurate scale is a must-have. I have a similar scale at my office and had the opportunity to use them side by side. I even cross-checked the 50g standards that were supplied with both scales. Everything checked out on the money. The scale was accurately calibrated right out of the box..This scale consistently registered the same weight when using the same coin on multiple checks. It also registered the same weight as my other scale. I’d say I have quite a bit of confidence in both scales as a result. This scale comes with a removable lid instead of a hinged lid. I kind of like the removable lid compared to hinged. It takes up less space when open. The scale came with batteries so it is ready to use when you get it. You just have to remove the plastic insulators on the batteries. It has a tare function so if you are measuring something in a container, you can zero out the container to get a net weight. It is a versatile scale. It is switchable so you can measure in g, oz, ozt, dwt, ct, gn. It honestly does anything I can think of that you might want a scale to do and it seems to be good quality. Don’t let the low price scare you. I paid more for the other scale but I honestly found no differences. Save your money, buy this scale.
