This is the best cocoa powder I have ever used. It’s really dark, almost black, and colours baking goods beautifully. I made a marbled bundt cake and the cocoa marbling looked superb. Also very rich cocoa flavour, so next use will be in a chocolate cherry cake.

Never brought this before so not sure what it should taste like. It was very bitter when added to buttercream and to get the black shade you needed to add quite alot. I maybe could have given it more time to develop before adding more but I didn't have time. I think perhaps any other similar product is bitter also however be careful how much you use it as it doesn't taste nice. As it goes, it arrived in tact, in good time. Well packaged and did the job

Great taste and colour for cakes

Made the cake taste very rich and didn't like the flavour. For anyone who likes rich tasting cakes its fine

I’ve used black cocoa powder before so it know it doesn’t taste like ‘normal’ cocoa powder, but this particular brand was inedible. Tasted absolutely disgusting when used to make buttercream - fortunately I was just doing a test batch for my partner to try so only had to throw away a small amount of buttercream, but this was a very expensive waste.

I was wondered if it might make my dough super dry but nope it is a perfect product. Smells and tastes delicious. The colour is perfect!
