Just get these. They taste amazing (just a bonus) but work great! I was told to get this form of magnesium for myself and children with ADHD to calm them. It's been a bonus for all my family members. Better sleep overall, less leg cramps, hopeful to help ease some headaches. These are easy to take, soft and chewy. I love the larger size bottles, larger dose of magnesium and quality ingredients. Easier to take than another tablet.

I purchased these gummies the first time for my daughter who gets frequent migraines and the benefits of magnesium is crucial for overall health. LOVE the taste and gummy quality, how they rekaxed me quickly, and how they do NOT stick to your teeth. BUT, sadly, they upset stomach. Every day I've taken them, I get an upset stomach. I googled & read that ""MALTOSE"" is Not the same as cane sugar (sucrose) and can cause an upset stomach & other side effects in some people. Darn. I was hoping they would work. I'll stick with Mag Glycinate pills. Btw, if they agree with your body, the Apple Kiwi was my FAV--but I liked all the flavors I bought.
