I usually get nervous when sitting for a long time at work, so I bought this grip strength trainer and put it on my desk. I use it during breaks to relax my wrists and fingers. It feels comfortable to hold and is easy to carry, especially the finger strength circle, which feels very stress-relieving. My colleagues also said it was good after trying it, and now they take turns using it every day!

This grip strength training device is really worth a thumbs up! The design of each device is very user-friendly, finely crafted, and will not scratch your hands. I exercise every day during my office breaks to relieve fatigue and increase strength. Especially for people like me who use computers for a long time, my fingers and wrists often ache, and it is very comfortable to exercise with this set of products.

I bought the kit mainly for the finger stretchers and the adjustable grip strengthened.Disappointed the finger stretcher finger holes are all the same size. I have fairly large hands for a lady and the thumb hole is the only one that does not slip down to or past my knuckles. I fight more to keep the holes on my finger tips to provide good stretch. If I let them slid down bare get any stretch at all. :-(I like the adjustability and counter on the grip strengthened.Over all satisfied with kit and will figure out how to make it all work for me.

This wasnt a cheap copy- very much worth the money! Works as designed. Really helped me rehabilitate my hand strength. Highly recommend for older folks!

not the greatest the quality is not the best but there fair

This was bought to help build up the grip strength and help relieve stress. Multiple items aid in the functionality of being able to strengthen grip strength, as well as, relieve stress. The different items that come to aid in either stress relief or grip strength are very durable and fit perfectly in most hand sizes. I was surprised at the variety of items that came in the order and am pleased with the order as a whole.

After working out for a while, I felt that my grip strength was not up to par, so I bought this grip strength training set. Each piece of equipment targets different parts of the body, and the strength is adjustable, making it very suitable for daily training. I usually train while watching TV, and over time I feel that my grip on the barbell is more stable, and the effect is obvious. Super value and practical, worth buying!
