I’ve been addressing my inflammation with dietary changes over the last year but still struggled with hip and shoulder pain (thanks menopause) so I decided to try grounding. I’m really happy that I ordered this sheet. Organic cotton and 10% silver thread count was a must for me. This sheet is very comfortable and super easy to slip over the mattress. Nice deep pockets keep the sheet firmly in place and the sheet also washes up nicely as well. It’s hard to explain but I definitely feel solid and grounded as I sleep each night on it. Overall my pain has decreased and the quality of my sleep is sounder. If you are looking for easy ways to improve your quality of life, I recommend trying grounding. So easy to incorporate into your life, relatively low cost, and quantitative benefits - this is a small change for solid benefits!

I have used this grounding sheet for a month and have noticed significant improvements with sleep, circulation & mobilization. Before I would wake up several times through the night but now I may waken briefly once or twice but fall right back to sleep. Before I would have issues with nerve pain in my legs and sometimes in my shoulders but since using the grounding sheet and I no longer experience that. I highly recommend this product. This product is a fraud . Dont buy it if your looking for relief it is not going to happen with this product Amazon even has a warning that this product is usually returned i think i should get a refund if everyone is returning

Can’t be sure if it’s all in my head, but maybe they help a little, I know people swear by them and they are comfortable, but Idk, better to have than not .

The sheets are well made and fit nicely over my 12 inch twin XL mattresses. They perform as expected and we're easy to hook up to an outlet.I do believe these help with sleep and electric charges, but I can't swear to it. When I first used one of their pillowcases, I did seem to sleep better especially at first. This was some time ago, so perhaps my body is used to the grounding effect now and I don't notice as much of a difference.

The product is great quality, launders well. I have not been able to see a difference. I have small fiber neuropathy and increased inflammation and was hoping this product would help.

I have been using them for about 3 weeks and I believe I have felt a difference. One thing I love is my bed fill cooler for hot feet.
