Exactly what I was looking for. Paper is nice and thick and pages do not tear part-way off along (unneeded) perforations and become messy and irritating. If you need to tear out a page... no problem. The rest of the book remains intact. A simple, inexpensive, well-made product that does the job... FIVE STARS!

These spiral notebooks are perfect for carrying around and not getting the cover all messed up. You can easily tear out a page and not mess up the rest of the book.

Cool for Autograph Book
Turned this small spiral notebook into an autograph book for Disney that wasn’t so ugly! Really nice quality, marker did not bleed through the pages and the spiral rings did not come out of the holes. The blank pages were the perfect size and thickness for signatures using Sharpie.

Great for medical students
I got these to use while seeing patients. The covers are firm enough to provide a solid writing surface. The size is ideal - fits in my white coat easily, can fit what I need to write on 1 page, comfortably held in 1 hand while writing.
