I am quite satisfied with this product. The rack is made from rustproof materials, ensuring it remains in good condition even with regular use. The adjustable feature is very practical, allowing it to fit by my sink perfectly, saving precious counter space. The design of the rack is quite efficient but perhaps wouldn't hold a family sized amount of washing up, but presumably a family would have a dishwasher. The Urackify Expandable Dish Drying Rack looks smart in the kitchen. Holds our heaviest plates.

Very handy for pacing over our split butler sink, but is a bit sensitive to knocking and can fall in.

I ordered this rack and when it arrived for some reason the bit that extends was not working. I reached out to customer service and within 2 days I received a replacement. Lovely product, works well and really happy that they were able to provide new one quite quickly; with no back and forth issues. Would definitely recommend

This dish drainer is great if you have a small kitchen. I have very little room around my sink so it’s perfect for my kitchen. It feels good quality. It’s obviously too small when I batch cook but it’s fine for my everyday dishes.
