First table arrived with a long scratch along the top. Seller exchanged with no quibble but obviously that was a pain. Checked second one very carefully and it is pretty much perfect. Extending mechanism is solid but takes a bit of jiggling to get in place, so a bit awkward. But the finish is lovely, true to the picture and I am delighted. I think it is very good value (I paid £300) but do note it is slightly narrow compared to some dining tables, so check the measurements before you purchase. I am delighted with this gorgeous oak table and have had compliments from visitors already.

Legs were easy to assemble to the main frame
A solid well finished table in oak. Legs were easy to assemble to the main frame. The locking mechanism for the extending top requires some getting used to and the fillet needs to be wiggled to interlock correctly. Apart from these small issues, I'm pleased with the purchase.

Beautiful solid dining table. Received it three days after ordering. Easy to assemble.

sub standard table not solid oak
After first delivery which was damage, replacement sent which was also damaged (extension part was chipped and grooves on main table lacking varnish ) looks like a foreign import , not built by UK craftsmen . Also legs not solid oak as described but blocked wood thickly veneered by oak .

Didn't choose this brand.
It was an extendable table, so as it was for my caravan, I cancelled it and chose the chunky solid oak table, needs legs fitted but driver did it for me in the time it took me to the nearest ATM. A great dining set, all solid oak, no MDF or veneer, just oak. The chairs have leather, not faux leather seats. Would certainly recommend a new dining suite with such good quality & delivery.
