It's OK
Bought to go along with the Honsho sword I had purchased . The knife is somewhat awkward , hard to change grip with that finger separater thing on the handle . But I now have a matching set .

Fast, friendly and sharp
I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the knife. The steel is a higher grade for Honshu and the subhilt handle design offers a variety of handling options. It is sharp out of the sheath however a bit more honing will help it's edge. Overall I am happy with this knife.
