Makes a very nice cake
If you follow the manufacturers instructions, use Baker's Joy to coat the inside, take a pastry brush to make sure all the little crevices are coated, and don't let it cool more than 15 minutes before turning, it comes out perfect.I use a small countertop oven to bake in, and this works just fine.

The pan is very light so don’t think it’s going to be a heavy duty one. Not one you will be using for a long time.
