Easy to fit and works well
My old air admittance valve was faulty - made this diagnosis as sewer smells were being sucked up into the bathroom when flushing toilets etc. Typical symptoms of the AAV not working and air being sucked up to relieve the vacuum in the soil pipe. Fitted the new one in 5 minutes and the problem of sewer smells is gone

Foul Drain Air Admittance Valve
The FloPlast AF110BL Black Push-Fit Air Admittance Valve was competitively priced, promptly and courteously delivered, enabling it to be easily fitted to a traditional 4" SVP, against high brick wall in the grounds of historic building. Foul drain odour, during certain weather conditions, needed to be reduced, without visual intrusion, whilst efficiently maintaining its essential function.

Dead easy to fit!
I wanted to utilise the exit in my roof for a bathroom extractor fan and so removed the flexible pipe from the soil stack and replaced it with this within my roof space. Dead easy to slot in with a little lubrication (soap) on the rubber seal to allow inserting into the soil stack.
