Easy to swallow
Works gently over night, no griping pains. I use in conjunction with another colon cleanse tablet and it does the trick. So you may need to double the dose, or take an added supplement.Capsules are easy to swallow, & a good price.

I prefer these capsules to similar in tablet form. They appear to do the job for me, been taking these 2 daily, for some time. Has been an overall improvement in gut health I think. No quick fixes. No tummy upsets. No explosive results that require you to be quick on your feet, most important for me! So these i find really good 👍
