Works like a toaster.
First one sent to me was a return. The plastic was removed and the timer didn't work so it took 5 cycles to toast. I returned it and they sent a new one in two days. The new one works great. Looks great. Does not toast the sides with the image.

The toast didn’t have an image…
The toast should have had an image. Instead it was burnt around the edges and left a light brown color of a circle. ⭕️ felt like the moment you see the death ring appearing on the original Xbox. So disappointed, I was so excited given the price and reviews. It’s beautiful don’t get me wrong. Makes good toast. Doesn’t achieve the magical breakfast I was aiming for.

Hit and miss when it comes to making the logo. Oh well the kid likes his christmas present.

Cute but doesn't leave markings & gold looks weird
It's very cute! Unfortunately, you have to literally burn your toast in order to see the markings. The picture of my toast was on the number 4 setting. Also, the gold looks bubbly and weird when you look up close. However, our other toaster needed replacing after 10 yrs and I'm a die hard HP fan so I'm choosing to still keep this. Seeing it on my counter every morning makes me smile! I don't recommend this is you're looking for award to having that stamped toast every morning, but if you only case about the kitchen aesthetic then go for it! That's why I gave it 3 stars instead of more or less.
