Worst lunch box ever
The lid is not tight enough and opens spilling everything out.Just after 3-4 use the lid cracked. And the return option within 10days was just over. So I am stuck with this useless product and no way to use it.. worst lunch box ever, don't buy

Feel free to buy without any hesitation
The bag is good and sturdy.The bottle and cutlery is sturdy and of good quality.All the containers looks good too.Size is ideal. Value for money.Not sure of leakage and warmth as hadn't used it. It has just arrived. But I am hoping I won't be disappointed. If you wish to get a cheaper option to milton and oliware then u can opt this without a second thought. The make and quality is same. Only difference is in logo and the cutlery design. That's it!

Liked this but the piece i got was not great and so had to return.
This set from pictures and video i really liked. Hence bought it, but has some defects on that piece given to me, unfortunately. Returned it and got the refund. My buy again later. I have bought several other items from Pigeon including 5 sets of tiffin boxes with bag. After 8 years also they are in good condition except for some minor issues with 3 lids. So i am happy with the brand but somehow this specific item did not work for me.

Boxes are not air tight and unable to use in a daily basis
I was satisfied with the deal i got on this item but when I started using it horrible experience cuz of the quality, whenever I pack hot sambar in it I don't know how the the lid gets opened and the sambar will the spilled all over inside the bag, thank fully i returned it.It depends on you what kind of food you gonna pack in this, and the size of boxes are also reasonably good. But I didn't had a good experience with this item.
