Works great for pressure cleaning company

I bought this to use on external concrete headers on a 94 year old house. It was just residual dirt and discoloration. I tried different strengths, as well as soaking time. It just didn’t work, hardly touched it. Had to resort to acid to wash it.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this stuff really works! I used it on my driveway and garage floor, both of which had years of dirt, oil stains, and grime buildup. After mixing it according to the instructions and using a pressure washer, I was seriously impressed with how easily the stains lifted. Even some old oil spots that I thought were permanent faded significantly after a second application.One thing I appreciate is that it’s safe on grass, so I didn’t have to worry about runoff killing my lawn. It also goes a long way—one gallon makes 50 gallons of cleaner, which is plenty for multiple cleanings. I found that letting it sit for a few minutes before pressure washing helped it break down tougher stains more effectively.Overall, it’s a solid, heavy-duty cleaner that does exactly what it promises. If you need a powerful degreaser for concrete, driveways, patios, or garage floors, this is a great choice. I’ll definitely be using it again!

Works as designed

Absolutely does NOT work on oil stained concrete. It has no smell and works like plain, colored water. I followed the directions on the label to a T, (4 times) on fresh oil spots with zero results. Dawn soap did a much better job. Don't waist your time and $$$ on this like I did.

This stuff works amazing, I had a huge oil spill, and this did fantastic!
