These gummies really do help my 12 year old daughter feel better during that time of the month. She takes 2 in the morning the first few days and it helps ease her cramps. She also said they make her feel less emotional. She said they taste like a sweet peach. She requests these gummies over pamperin or midol. They are about the size of a gumdrop.

I just ordered these and tried then for the first time ! Little back story on me my periods are awful to the point I would be in bed all day in terrible pain and I would bloat so bad I couldn't even get pants on ! My cramps where so bad I would get sick most of the time and be down for the count my lower stomach muscles would cramp and cause terrible pinching twisting pain ! But this product CHANGED MY LIFE it really worked for me my periods are way more manageable and I'm actually able to go about my day ! This product is amazing and I will continue to use this product my bloating is 10 times less then before and my cramps are not nearly as painful! I was completely in shock when I took this product I couldn't believe the difference these gummies have made in my life ! If your like me and suffer from terrible bloating and cramps you must try! I’ve found one PMS gummy brand that I loved, but they’re no longer making gummies, so I tried these. They were ok. They worked, but the flavor wasn’t amazing.

Eliminates my PMDD

This product is such a life saving supplement. By just taking it when I start to feel symptoms of my period all symptoms subside and I feel more balanced. They are very easy to take and taste and smell great. I would say for how well this item work that it’s a great value. I have recommended this item to several co works and friends for its effectiveness with symptoms and pain relief.

I found out I cannot take NSAIDs anymore, and Midol really does not help. So I was optimistic when I found something to supplement the so-so relief acetaminophen gives. This product had a good creation story and decent reviews.Yes they taste good going down, and they do probably help to some degree - still not totally sold but I’ll finish them. Biggest observation for me was the horrible aftertaste left in your mouth, mainly back of your tongue that emerges even up to an hour or two later! I can’t believe no one else has experienced or mentioned it. A bitter, stale, awful thing. It’s bizarre.However if you are in my spot and can’t take ibuprofen, this is worth trying as an additional layer of protection from cramps and such. Most people seem to not be affected by the taste as I was.

I have nasty periods and these help me so much!
