Good at first, but quality and support disappointing.
When this first arrived I thought it looked very good indeed. The screen was excellent and it has features you’d expect to see on more expensive devices. But I soon discovered a number of issues. They don’t ruin the watch but I don’t think it’s worth the price.Pros:Excellent screen and good touchscreenLots of features like heart rate tracking and phone calls, blood oxygen and exercise tracking.Easy to useCons.App needs some work, some options are a bit cryptic and others only found by chance (For example, there is an AI watch face generator but you would only know it’s there when you edit a specific watch face)Some software glitches require the watch to be restarted. For example, it will randomly stop showing one of the complications or stop counting footsteps. The instructions are wrong in places. For example, for adding an e-cards.Support is frustrating, asking for information you’ve already given, giving an answer to a slightly different question or just wrong information.Battery life is very variable, sometimes it will go two or three days but other times with the same settings and use it will last barely a day. Some silly things like there is a protective film on the display which is obvious to remove but also one on the heart rate sensor which is not so obvious but causes weird readings.

A Great Smart Watch! - But, It’s Still Early Days Yet?
Don’t get me wrong, this is a Great Smart Watch with one of the best High Definition screen displays that I’ve seen (with its AMOLED quality) - But, it’s still very much early days and another reviewer found that the more he used his watch, he found it to have a few issues by way of software glitches etc? All I would say though is that mine is all singing & dancing so far (touch wood) and is working “Spot On”! Going back to the AMOLED Display, as this impressed me the most about it - AMOLED is much better than that of OLED screens, as it contains an additional layer of TFTs and follows backplane technologies. As a result, this enables faster refresh rates and even better viewing angles. So far, I really cannot fault the watch and even the Price of just £52.69, is Very Appealing. Overall, I cannot give it the full 5 stars yet, due to the lack of time that I’ve fully tested it. However, if it was that bad, would the manufacturer’s “Reflex Active” give it a 2 Year Guarantee? - I doubt it! Thank you.
