First time I've tried this product. I liked it very much. Quality is very good. Taste nice in my coffee. I noticed i had good bowel movements. It's good value for money and i am definitely getting some more.

Lovely dark colour, weight is correct, effect is good. I take it to make me sleep and dream and it certainly does both. Dissolves perfectly in your tea or coffee. Smells great.

Not sure of benefits but can be added to lots of foods

I simply added a 2G Scoop to my tea in the morning and afternoon and it made for an added treat knowing that my tea had been boosted with added health benefits.It also mixed well into protein shakes and other beverages as it dissolves well and in some cases I forgot it was even there.I'd definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to try out Reishi Mushroom Powders

The wonderful reishi mushroom, known for it’s purported stress-relieving, fatigue-reducing, immune-boosting and sleep-enhancing properties, is presented here as 100g of pure powder, being as it is only the mushroom itself with nothing added, and at a good price.Reishi is also believed to help the skin, and is packed with myriads of healthful compounds, so is a valuable addition to the diet, especially as it can be mixed into all manner of foods and drinks. As expected of a pure mushroom powder without sweeteners, it has that powdery mushroom taste, but it’s quite acceptable. However, it can be blended with other ingredients if preferred. I’m used to these powders and generally ignore their taste in favour of their health benefits so can quite happily consume this in water (although admittedly, although mixing fairly well, it still needs a reasonable stir). It goes well in milks though, whereby the sweetness of whatever milk product one uses masks the taste. I use goat milk and mix the powder into it with a mini blender, which works a treat.As typical of many mushroom products, effects are noticeable after only a short time, and last a good while, which makes the powder particularly useful. I don’t think there’s any negative side effects with the mushroom (and of all I’ve had I’ve never experienced anything but benefits) so it can probably be used for quite long periods. A great mushroom product as far as I’m concerned.

I must admit I was expecting a strong earthy taste to this, however when mixing into my chocolate protein shakes, I don't even know it's there. There's no taste difference, which is perfect for me.It's a 2g portion per serving, which is 1 teaspoon. It's vegan and manufactured in the UK (Leicester), and has no additional ingredients or nonsense fillers. And it's unflavoured which makes it good for mixing into a variety of drinks.I'll be taking this regularly due to the benefits of reishi.
