These 3-in-1 Probiotic, postbiotics and prebiotics are better than I thought they would be. I don't usually like probiotics, but I like that this has the pre and postbiotics. I usually take with meals and haven's had any bloating or indigestion. One perk is regular bowel movements!

I have tried other brands, and these Ombre capsules all packaged more professionally, and their ingredients line up with what I have seen from other brands. Their claims in the product listing are fantastical to the extreme, but so too are many of the other brands. The price is currently pretty crazy for 30 capsules, so I would shop around based on ingredients.
