I bought these wood pellets to use in a smoke tube on my propane grill. The variety of wood in this pack is excellent, so it's fun to try different types to see how they impact the flavor. The pellets ignite quickly and have a slow smoky burn. So far, I have done chicken and pork. I'm going to try some cold smoked cheese next. A full tube of pellets will burn for over an hour and produces a lot of smoke!

We have two pizza ovens, both of which can be wood fired, and a smoker. So these pellets are a nice addition! I decided that I really want to use these in the smoker, mostly, because the pizza ovens tend to gobble up pellets. So maybe when we have a pizza party, we'll pick a good flavor to use, but I'm much more interested in smoking with these different woods.I was a little worried about how well they would do in the smoker, because they need to be soaked first, and soaking pellets tends to turn them into oatmeal. I have only smoked with wood chips before. But I was surprised to find that the soaked pellets actually lasted longer in my smoker than soaked wood chips, and still created a nice amount of smoke for the process. You can see the before and after in my photos. That is after two hours of smoking!It's a really good variety pack, and should last me for quite some time! And I'm looking forward to smoking with some hardwoods that I've never tried before!

I recently received this 8-pack variety of smoker pellets, and while I haven’t had the chance to try them myself, I’m thrilled with what they offer. This is an excellent variety pack for someone just getting started with the Ninja Woodfire products. It’s much more economical than the Ninja pellets and you get more choices for different types of foods. I’ve used this brand of pellets for awhile now and they work fantastic. Supreme Blend has been our favorite on more robust cuts like a pork shoulder. Apple is great with poultry. The only thing I’d like to see here in addition to these is a Pecan option. It’s another favorite of mine!These produce a lot of smoke and not a lot of ash, clean burn. They work just as well or better than the Ninja brand! They can really add a lot of flavor, especially the stronger blends such as Hickory, Mesquite and of course the Supreme Blend. Overall this is an easy and inexpensive way to up your game on the Ninja Woodfire. Very fun to experiment and try new flavors.The amount you get here for the price is awesome too. You obviously wouldn’t want to buy this for a regular pellet grill, but this set will last a LONG time and go a long way on the Woodfire. One of the great things about the Ninja!

This set of pellets is great. It matched up with two other sets. This one has a TON of flavors in this pack as well. I have to burn through them 1 by 1. Thought about mixing them all, but figured I will go 1 by 1, but first pack is nice smokey smell and taste on a rack of ribs i cooked. Good stuff!
