Highly recommend. I had Bariatric surgery 21 yrs ago and have to have extra calcium to stay healthy. Those huge calcium pills (3x per day)started getting more and more difficult to swallow and would cause me stomach upset with dry heaves. A friend recommended liquid calcium. These drops have a mild lemony flavor and cleared up my stomach issues!!

I struggled having to take calcium and vitamin D pills daily. Tried the liquid form ,but was very heavy and thick with awful taste.Finally found this product which is wonderful!Only take 2 droppers daily. Great taste, easy to take and small enough to carry around to take at anytime.I’m stocking up as I just love it.Highly recommended and I get the required dosage my doctor recommends for my osteoporosis.

I bought this because honestly I hate taking pills. I needed to increase my magnesium, but just didn't want to swallow anything. I love the lemon flavor. So many flavored supplements like drops and gummies have a raspberry, which I do not like at all. It was refreshing to have a different flavor.However, I still continued to experience foot and leg cramps. The frequency of the cramps were somewhat less, but not as significantly reduced as expected compared to when I would take a capsule or tablet form of magnesium.I do like the additional vitamins and minerals that are included, but it doesn't override the reason I got the supplement to begin with.

On the whole, I had a greater sense of relaxation, which may have played a role in my improved sleep.
