Tasty way to get your vitamin D
Finally found a vitamin D supplement I actually remember to take! These orange gummies are pretty good - not too sweet or artificial tasting. Nice to have 5 months' worth in one bottle. I like that it's a high dose (4000iu) so I only need one a day. Can't say I feel dramatically different, but I know vitamin D is important, especially in winter. No upset stomach like with some other vitamins I've tried. The bottle says it's good for bones, teeth, and immune system, which is why I bought it. Only downside is I sometimes want to eat more than one because they taste nice! Overall, an easy way to get your vitamin D without the hassle of swallowing pills.
