There are no negatives to report. The sound quality is superior to my previous headset which was from a big brand. After a 2 hour conference call the battery life was 96% so longevity is a big plus.The charger case has its own battery so you can charge on the go, and seems well constructed.Great no-nonsense headset for work. Recommended.

Used for teams/zoom meetings on PC. Connects to the computer through bluetooth automatically one taken out of the case. Sound is clear and microphone works well.Charging case is very handy feature - shows charge left on headset.Overall couldn't fault the headset and very pleased with purchase!

I spend sometime working from home and needed a headset, nothing fancy but has to be reliable. Also didn't want to spend a fortune as reading through reviews they were all fairly similar until you get to the really cheap ones. Only real negative I read about this one was the volume control and I wasn't that fussed so thought I would give it a go.I have not used the volume buttons once so no idea if there is a problem with them, I have set the volume in the programme I use and that has worked fine so far. The main thing I have noticed is the battery life. I spend 3 hours at a time on calls and in that 3 hours I have not had any issues. There is a battery indicator in the charging box and 3 hours takes 11% out of the charge. So far I have only charged the box once.Sound quality so far has been perfect, no problems hearing the person I am talking to and they have had not problems hearing me.I have only had this a few weeks but is there are any issues I will update this post.

I ordered this earphone last week for use at work to replace a Newbee M50 one. The Newbee isn't broken or damaged and worked fine. The problem I had with it was that it didn't fit my ear very well. I have small ears and the bit that goes around the ear was quite thick so I had problems in getting the earphone to:1. Stay on my ear2. Be comfortableI am using the G7 today for the first time at work and I think it's fantastic. Not only was pairing unbelievably easy but it fits my ear and is comfortable to wear. I'm really pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone.I can't actually give a review on the battery life yet as I'm using it for the first time.**I've had the earphone for a few days now, and so far, so good in respect if the battery life. The earphone is charged via the case and this seems to be working very well.

I use this for calling clients so wear 8/9 hours a day. It gets quite uncomfortable after a few hours, but that might just be me. The connectivity isn’t great. I have to restart my laptop as it doesn’t pick up the headset quite often. It works well with Salesforce when it does connect and I like that it doesn’t go over my head. The sound is okay on my end, nothing to rave about. But good value for what you pay. Last a while on charge as well

Ive tried a few ear buds and many are either poor sound quality or hard to connect. But this is the best Ive had. Its simple to pair and it connects to multiple devices. The quality of sound and speech on calls is amazing. Crystal clear. What really caps it for me is the box/charger it sits in. What a great idea! Its also very light and you really cant feel it in the ear. Im very impressed. Well done!
