Works well. The Biogel Ice Pack is very useful
This is basically a metal thermos flask with a wide opening into which you insert a preformed pair of containers of the Biogel. The latter requires water to be added before freezing to attain the optimum temperature.I find the container carries 3 Lilly Humalog pens with ease, enough to last me for over a month.The metal flask can also be used to carry other things when not loaded with Kwikpens.Very good value, and a very good idea.
