A little too sweet for my taste. Otherwise pretty good.One might wonder what does a person actually do with these? I use 'em in omelettes, and also like throw a piquillo slab onto a slice of sourdough bread and then top it with slices of sharp cheddar.I've seen a few people complain about the occasional burnt skin and stem in canned roasted peppers (not just this brand). I also buy fresh roasted peppers locally. The occasional burnt skin and stems "come with the territory". That's how it is, so for me it's not a complaint. There's probably a brand costing twice as much where they diligently polish everything up I sure the heck wouldn't pay twice the price for a little thing like that.
