Excellent for getting in shape

I purchased this item after advise from my son. I have week wrists and these bands help strengthen them and other parts of my body without too much effort

I needed this for physio training. The all belts are sturdy and excellent. The green one should have been wider given it's heaviest and if I train my legs with that then it causes some discomfort due to short width. Otherwise the quality of the belts are great.

I hurt my shoulder in a sports accident and initially bought these bands for physiotherapy exercises and rehabilitation. They worked perfectly and I gained strength just like the doctor ordered and in 12 weeks I restored full mobility and functionality. The different sizes and resistance makes this band set perfect of overload. They haven't cracked or snapped even with continuous use. I have substituted going to the gym with these bands and a jump rope.

I was looking forward to using this kit to improve my overall health, as I thought it would be a great place to start. However, I was disappointed to find that it comes with no instructions or safety information. I couldn't find any guidance on the product listing either.The listing photos are misleading. They show the green band (the thickest one) anchored to the top ring, fitting comfortably. In reality, the green band is too thick to fit in the ring or the clamp below. The smaller bands work fine, but the green band does not fit as shown.I'll spend some time online looking for information on how to use this kit, but it's disappointing that nothing is included. On a positive note, the bands seem to be of good quality and appear durable. It also comes with a small carry bag.

Bought to help assist in doing pull ups and worked my way through the different bands now I can do pull ups with no assistance

Very pleased with purchase. Good quality bands. Only using the 2 thinnest bands at the moment as need to build up strength!
