This product is good for many things, one is it seems to help me lose weight by having a thermogenic effect. I have lost many lbs. of fat with this product. I do seem to stay hot much more than normally and perspire more. this product will help you get cut. I had to take a break after several weeks because I was losing to much. Supposed to help you stay lean and muscular.

If used as directed it will last one month. I prefer they put a full two-months' worth and/or use a smaller bottle.The "best by" date on mine is Jun 2027, so a little less than three years from now.There is not much scent or taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. The product page also says non-GMO.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their genexformulas site is functional and informative. It includes a phone number as well as a chat feature. They have been in business since 2016.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but like that this is extracted from rosemary, and that it does not include the fillers that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements I know about refuse to. Four capsules may seem like a lot, but if you think about it, it adds support to their integrity.
