I mixed a couple of tablespoons of Baja Salt with one liter of distilled water to make mouthwash. The solution is clear and makes a good rinse. Thank you.

If you use half a tea spoon of this mixed with water and lemon in the morning, the mental clarity skyrockets and you feel hydrated in a whole different way. I can’t believe salt can be this great.
