I LOVE this scale! It works on its own as just a scale to show your weight. It looks clean and modern, the glass is strong but the scale is lightweight and easy to move it around. A good simple solution if you need a scale and want it to look good. That’s all wonderful, but the TRUE beauty of this scale is in the app!! It has an app that will not only keep track of your weight, each time you measure yourself, it’ll also track your BMI, body fat%, water weight, muscle mass, and about 20 other body measurements. It’ll even tell you your metabolic age according to all the measurements! You can add several people to your account in the app or have each person create their own account and the scale app will track measurements according to who is on the scale. You can set goals for your weight or body fat and track changes over time. So you get a body weight scale as well as a BMI calculator and all these other perks for less than it would cost to get a regular scale and a BMI calculator and other specialized products. I love my scale and highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep track of their body weight and fitness. Especially recommend if you’re actively trying to gain or lose weight/muscle.

Let me start by saying I would not have bought this scale for other than the fact it was featured as an Amazon deal.I had given up on smart scales. I bought at least two, one costing twice as much as this one, and was very unhappy with them both. So much so, they were both returned. There was either a problem with the scale not being accurate or not being able to sustain a Bluetooth connection.As far as I was concerned, these scales were garbage.So, when this scale from RENPHO went on sale, the price was tempting enough that I started reading Amazon reviews. I was quite surprised to read a wealth of positive feedback on the accuracy of this scale AND the fact that it was able to keep a connection to one's mobile device. I kind of got suckered into the purchase not knowing anything about the manufacturer and under the assumption that I would probably be sending it back to Amazon shortly after purchase.Everything that has happened since has been nothing but positive.First of all, syncing this to my iPhone via the RENPHO app was very easy. The app even integrates with Apple's Health App which is an extra bonus. I set my personal information as well as weight goals up in the app. The next action was stepping on the scale to see exactly how accurate this scale would be. To my astonishment, it was on the spot. I was not expecting this, as most of these scales I have buying were way off. This one was actually accurate.As I stepped on the scale I heard a little sound effect coming from my iPhone. My weight had immediately been transmitted and stored to the RENPHO app. I opened up Apple Health and my weight was there as well. Future weigh-in's garnered the same result as long as my iPhone was within Bluetooth range.Can't say I really understand body mass settings. The app does its best to tell you whether you are in the normal, overweight or obese range. I am going to have to take the word of the app that I have a little bit of work to do in order to get back to normal.I forgot to mention that one of the best aspects of this scale is that you don't have to worry about replacing batteries. The scale is fully rechargeable. It comes with a USB cord, but you are going to have to supply your own power adapter.I have to stress that I tried a scale in the $60+ range made by one of the big companies in the health tracking field. It was the most undependable product of that type I ever bought. It really put a scare into me from buying another smart scale. What made matters initially worse was this scale was almost a third of the price lesser. How could it be better? Well, I managed to really surprise myself with this purchase. It's really a great scale that's really accurate and can keep its Bluetooth connection.Yes, this is the scale you want!

So I searched and found this scale on Amazon, and turned out to be such a life changing purchase! With the help of this scale and its app I have been able to lose 100lbs. Being able to visually track my progress via the app is absolutely amazing. Being able to see my years worth of progress and see the details behind my body changes made it so easy for me to stay on track and stay focused on my health.This scale is incredibly easy to use. Charging is fast and in a year I have only charged it two or three times with almost daily weight check ins. The built quality is very good. It responds quickly and produces your weight and other statistics within seconds. The visual display is very easy to read.Now on the the app, and this is the real game changer for me, I can't express how much this app changed my ability to visualize my goals and my progress. With very clear metrics beyond simple weight, it also shows you other critical metrics like body fat, body water, visceral and subcutaneous fat estimates, protein levels. You can see it as a daily number, weekly or see your progress over a year. It integrates with my Samsung Health app flawlessly, and reports those stats right into the Samsung Health app which then allows me to automatically adjust my calorie intake as I progressively lost weight.If you are a visual, and goal / progress oriented person who wants to get back into better shape and live healthier I cannot recommend this scale enough. It truly has been a life changer for me.
