Ibumie Penang Har Mee (Prawn Flavor) / Signature Aroma Original Taste of Prawn Noodles Soup from Food Heaven, Penang Malaysia (10 packets x 85g)

If you like southeast asian noodles, this is highly recommended. Taste of broth & noodles are excellent. I come from southeast asia & miss the food from that region a lot. Used to be able to purchase them in Ranch 99 or other Asian supermarket.

This instant noodle has excellent sauces. The secret is in not over cooking the noodles. Drain them just as they start to become chewy and you can pinch a strand. Over cooking makes the taste disappear. Just add a handful of julienned cucumbers, or throw in some bean sprouts while the noodle is still hot, some left over meat if you desire, and you have a meal. I personally prefer the spicy version but if you prefer it non-spicy just cut off and discard the package that says "chili".

Tried this, although somewhat skeptically. Was pleasantly surprised - a little expensive though. The spices in the packets do smell strong but when mixed, comes out tasty.

First, you need to understand that I love oriental noodles---AND THIS IS MY VERY FAVORITE! I love the taste and each serving is smaller than the ones sold in stores, so you don't feel 'stuffed.' Highly recommend Har Mee prawn flavor, but taste is an individual thing.
