Poorly made
At first I ordered the one that has a single hole and it had a tear in it and was poorly made. I initiated a return and orders this one with two hole and it seems to be doing its job quite well. Sadly, I thought I had retired my old vent out AC until my HVAC system went out in the middle of our current late season heat wave so I suddenly needed this. Thank God for Amazon and the rapid delivery because this saved a lot of suffering until my main home system is repaired or replaced.

Functionality Great, Build Quality Meh
This was the perfect solution I was looking for! I have a dual hose A/C and this thing worked great. My only issue is that the build quality is rather mediocre. The fabric is really thin and doesn’t exactly insulate. If this was a thicker fabric and reflected the heat, it would be a perfect 10.

Perfection
I'm not sure how this thing gets bad reviews because it's AMAZING. I messed with that plastic window adapter for hours and finally gave up and found this Velcro thing. I had it up and installed in less than ten minutes by myself and it's absolute perfection. 10/10. Might buy another one just in case they stop selling these.

I ended up putting this over the plastic kit that came with my portable A/C since you can feel the heat radiating inside since the plastic kit doesnt have anything to stop most of the heat. This does a mediocre job in heat reflection and in some places I barely noticed a difference. Its a good size and covered what I needed but I was expecting more heat reflection. It fit and was easy to install and use the velcro to allow access to the exhaust. If the heat reflective material was thicker this would be great.

Easy set up; perfect for my apartment!
Needed to screw the fabric down to the window sill as the provided velcro came right off it, once the heated exhaust began expelling. Love the enclosure around the exhaust hose! Secure as advertised!
