I love this brand. I like that they have actives that you can add right before you apply to your face. You should make sure you blend this into your serum or moisturizer. If you don't, it could cause a bit of irritation. Matrixyl is okay imo, but it isn't my favorite additive. I didn't notice irritation and I have very sensitive skin.The current price is $28.00 for 1fl oz.

This Borges's Matrixyl 3000 is a great addition to my skin care efforts. I used it first mixed in other moisturizers and the results were really nice. After I felt my skin was used to it I did try it on its own and wow, it really does only take a couple drops to have a really nice hydrating, almost glowing effect.I didn’t find it irritating at all. It absorbs well and is unscented so it doesn’t conflict with any other products.

So next time I didn’t add it to any other product. I put two drops of this product in my palm and started putting it on my face. I had gotten out of the shower but my face had been blotted with a towel. I was surprised because I didn’t think it was sticky and I am very pleased with how it goes on my face. It feels like a good serum. My face feels moisturized. It has not caused me to have any bad side effects-no burning, stinging or even redness. But I have found out that adding just a small dot of my regular moisturizer to my palm and then adding 2 drops of this product-serum- gives me the perfect glide on smoothness I desire. I haven’t tried applying it differently because I always do my face routines in the evening after getting out of the shower. So I am looking forward to seeing how this product works for me in the long term. Just a couple of minor details left regarding the color of this serum and fragrance. This serum is clear. The bottle is brownish or gold color depending on who I ask what color it is lol. I can’t detect any fragrance in this serum.
