Great kit!
I have done a few similar miniature kits, and this one might be my favorite! The instructions were clear and easy to follow throughout the process and all of the pieces were there and intact. Keep in mind that the pieces are very small and can be tedious to put together, but it is generally a fun process to see it come together. The finished product looks great as well! It is very cute. The lights do flicker a bit, but that might have been my fault in connecting the wires. It honestly doesnt take away much from it in general. I would recommend this set, especially at its relatively cheap price point. It comes with tweasers, a ruler, and an exacto knife but does not come with glue so plan accordingly. I used gorrilla glue super glue which worked well.

Coffee Time
This was a really good value. I ordered the coffee time scene, and the assembly was just about right for my purposes. There are a lot of small objects to assemble, so I spent a lot of the glue drying time working on other things. One of my favorite parts about the kit is that the paper cutouts were on a high quality glossy paper that made assembling the paper items extremely easy. The wiring was also pretty easy, though I'm not fond of the fact that it takes the small watch batteries to run. However, I am a fan of the fact that the battery case is easy to access. But my actual favorite part about this kit is that there is no flora to assemble. Flowers and plants give me fits!I'll be ordering more of these.EDIT: I've now assembled four of these, and I highly recommend them. For more advanced users: Others have said that you need to bring your own glue, and that is definitely true. I recommend having some wood glue and some super glue on hand. The wood glue is for any pieces involving unfinished wood, and the super glue is for any pieces that involve metal. I also recommend getting some Beacon 3 in 1 craft glue for everything else. An exacto-blade is included, and it's a good way to get started until you figure out what you're looking for in that kind of a tool. The scissors that is included is kind of flexible, but it does work. I hardly use the scissors for anything anymore, so that didn't affect me much. It also comes with a tweezers which, again, is a great way to get started until you figure out what you're looking for in that kind of a tool.To give an idea, I assemble things like this fairly regularly. I have an exacto-tool that has about six different blades that I can swap out, three different tweezers for different purposes, and two different scissors (one for fabric, one for everything else). Most of this is optional, but I highly recommend getting some quality glue so you don't find yourself having to re-assemble some parts. The batteries don't matter much to me. I'd prefer this plug into a wall, and since it doesn't, I won't be using the lights (even though they are cool).

I Learned A Lot!
I learned a lot from this kit. It's the second such model kit that I have ever done. Second from the same manufacturer as well. One thing I learned is that despite having done similar kits from the same company, don't assume that the instructions are exactly the same. The directions are there for a reason. Refer to them even if you think you know what to do.I've also found that good enough is okay. I tried to make something look perfect and I ended up completely messing it up. To the point I had to buy another kit to help me out. It's only my second kit. I'm learning and I will get better. This kit comes with almost everything you need. You get scissors and a nice pair of elbow tweezers. You also get an exacto knife. However I would rather have gotten the high quality glue that came with my first set instead of the blade because I can't find that glue anywhere to purchase individually (The label is all in Chinese or Japanese) and while the blade is fine; the craft knives I already have are of superior quality.Though this kit has less steps to complete than my first kit, I felt that Coffee Time was more advanced. You have to specifically weave the lights into a pattern for proper illuminating as well as to prevent the wires from being seen. You have to clip and bend black wires for making the backs of the two bar chairs and the criss-crossing wire magazine rack. Also, you're essentially building 2 rooms from which forced perspective plays a key role in the wonderment of this setFinally is the display case. I really mucked up the first kit by using way too much glue and then scratching the ‘glass’ trying to remove the dried adhesive. Here, I learned that you must not remove the translucent protective covering until after the entire case dries. Second, use a fine tip for gluing the see-through pieces together. There's still a chance you will smudge a little bit. But it will be drastically less when using those keener tips.

Cute and fun
The media could not be loaded. I’ve completed a few of these. There is only one light so I consider this one fairly simple, but it was fun to put together. Loved making up the little dress in the back, and the tiny details on the sewing machine. Some good tweezers and a couple different adhesives are a must! But I love how they don’t take up much space and are relatively inexpensive compared to other dioramas

Fun,, challenging enough and impressive
I loved building this. Not terribly complicated but I did need a magnifying glass to read the instructions nd the YouTube videos helped supplement the instructions. Wish I had planned the glue for the dust cover better. I should have used a needle tip glue dispenser. Finished it in a week — it’s a gift to a sewing enthusiast.

Cute kit
Cute kit but very small limited directions. Needed to use website link to really see the part number and directions.Good tools except for the poor scissors and no glue. Paper and materials were not of the same quality of other brand kits .Would not purchase another kit from this company
