Aparantly this SIM card comes with a small instruction leaflet that does not have enough details on how to activate. The website details are mentioned and when you enter a number of your choice, it wont allow you to select that. It wont give you a random number either. After having tried for several days, I called customer service and later I came to know that this SIM does not even support the Watch for which this was brought. Although Amazon sells both of them together, this SIM is completely worthless for the watch. Suggestions are to know which kind of device you have and if the SIM fits the needs.

Got the SIM card for a cheap first watch for my 10 year old. He has been asking for a phone, but he spends too much time on his tablet, so did not want to add to that. The watch is just a simple sim enabled smart watch, which is where we needed this sim card.The card showed up in 3 business days, and was quite straight forward to pop out. I needed a micro sim, this has the ability be be a regular sim, or a nano sim as well. Went to their website, put the sim card number to activate, had to put credit card info for overages and such, as well as auto renewal, and got a new phone number assigned on the next screen. Put the sim card into an old phone and let it sit for about 20 minutes, and got a welcome text message. Quite straight forward. It's been working just fine for the last couple days. I am liking this more by the day.

The only way they will let you activate is if you give them your personal bank or credit card numbers and they also ask for the order number from where you got the thing off amazon!!!!!!! I had to call Speedtalk customer care and 1st off I could hear a baby cry in the background among other random conventions in the back as well on their end of the call and anyway besides that. then when I told them I would not be giving any kinda personal info to them over the phone or on the net, the guy then started to yell at me (YES, YELL AT ME!!!) and tell me that I had no choice cause I already paid then $5 for the thing!! So I then went on to tell him that I have had a prepaid phone for about 15 years or so through Boost Mobile and have never been asked these personal questions in all this time that I have been with them or from any of the other PRE-PAID phones I've had in my life and that I do have a choice of what I want to do with my personal info and told him to "watch this choice i just made" and I hung up on him only to have him call my personal cell phone back about 10 times in a roll then I kept getting calls from that same number throughout the rest of the day and almost all day the next day that same number kept calling me so I answered it and it was the same guy and he said something like "it was about time I picked up and that he was going to keep calling me till I did so told him that if he did keep calling me that I would have no choice but to call the LAW and I hung up on him then had to block the number. THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT ON HERE OR ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER!!!!

I bought three of these cards one for my sons watch very inexpensive plan and cards was definitely worth it being I’ve spent 10 bucks for each card with service. However I do find it interesting that the first time that it was exceeded which is very possible but afterwards I took the Sim card out and had in my drawer. What’s interesting is today I got an email saying that my voice was over and so account was suspended how is that possible when I haven’t been using the card I took it out of the out of the other phone weeks ago. The Sim card for my sons watch that one works for him so that’s OK

I like that I can call my kids and they can call whenever they want and it gives me sense of security and safety. Activation was easy once you understand the process and follow steps.
