30 capsules @ 1 serving per day = 30 day supply. These capsules are small and easy to swallow and contained in a vegan friendly shell. I do think these aid in digestion as I had less of a bloated feeling while I was taking these. I know the bloating is probably from eating badly in the first place but while I was taking these I can't say I remember having that feeling. So in my opinion these did aid with digestive support. They are a tad on the expensive side but if you frequently suffer from bloating or that feeling when you don't feel you've fully digested your meal then I think these are for you.

Unfortunately my parcel was left lying in a puddle all day next to the lidded parcel box, so the box has suffered but that is not the fault of the product, and the bottle was well sealed within. So don’t judge by the state of the box in my photos! I include it to indicate ingredients etc. You take one a day of these easy to swallow capsules, and although it doesn’t seem to say, taking before a main meal would seem to make sense. I have used similar digestive enzymes before and although it’s always hard to work out which supplement is doing what if you take several, I did seem to find symptoms of reflux reduce. Too early to judge these on efficacy yet, but ingredients and the easy to swallow single capsule dosage are appealing. Having recently had food poisoning, I am hoping these will help with the after-effects.
