I used to use this product a lot when I was on the race track. Recently, I’ve had more that has sustained some leg injuries and I’ve started using it again. It is a great product.

I was sceptical at first about this poultice. And then I used it! My 3 year old mare had a severe injury to her back pattern and ice tight helped keep swelling down amazingly!! I accidentally put it over a small cut and it didn't bother her, and her back legs are all white! Good for my sensitive skin mare! I also did a test, I poultice with ice tight for 1 night 12 hours (she was stalled) and then the next day didnt wrap her or poultice her and I stalled her. She was NOT swollen at all!!!! This stuff is the best for the price and has me hooked!

Best poultice I've used in years. We use it nightly (or sometimes every other night) when horses are showing, or days after hard work at home. His legs come out cool and tight. Washes off super easily. None of the ingredients are on USEF's current Equine Prohibited Substances List. Check other poultices carefully as even those that say they "don't test" sometimes contain prohibited substances (usually herbs/herbal extracts). I like the tub because it is more economical than the Bigeoil quilted poultice leg wraps, and I prefer applying the poultice directly to the leg and then covering with the wet paper. I just by a roll of brown kraft paper roll. Quick and easy.

This product is great for horses who have any type of heat in their legs or hooks

This is a must in my trailer!!!! I’ve used it on my to try and I felt it working! I put on cold wet paper towels around his legs and then put raps on and then after applying on his back I put a wet towel and has helped in a great way!!! Definitely will be buying again!!

This is an incredibly inexpensive yet excellent product. It is easy to use. Especially if it is warm out, I just put it on heavily. The air will dry it, and take the leg/pastern swelling and heat with it.I use gloves putting it on so my hands don't dry out.
