Don't buy waste of money
After the 1st 2 days using this product I decided to use elastic bands as the strap faster didn't feel too secure. Then unknown to me a week and a half later the metal faster fell out somewhere and only for the elastic bands the whole device would have fell off. Bad design and far from secure

I have used this once at night and I'm sorry to say but I woke up many times in constant pain with unbearable cramping pain in my right leg .But once I took device off cramp didn't come back .Daughter is now wearing her one as I received 2 during today which she's having no issues herself .

Nice, small wrist fit, lovely blue colour
I ordered 2 bracelets in blue, the strap size ideal for women but doubt if would fit larger mens wrist. Switched both units on independently and neither of.them worked. Disapointed will be returning both of them. I purchased as I'm have Lymphodema.
