Great for the Price
Ive had phone SE's for years and they've been great but when it came time for a new phone I decided to leave that golden prison and try a cheap android. I've heard of ulefone before and decided to give it a shot.Software: For those making the switch just know that it's an android and comes with Android problems. Most of the issues I've had with the phone seem to be typical android issues (solutions found on Samsung and other makers forums) and not specific to this Ulefone. I have had issues with it running apps like Strava or apple music because of battery usage restrictions can't seem to turn them off permanently which can be frustrating. I also expect ed the phone to have motion/ live photo but it doesn't seem to be an option. Overall the phone runs apps well is quick enough for me and I don't feel like spending more on a big name phone would benefit me.Hardware: Its big. I don't love the size but I've gotten used to it. There's very limited options for cases and I've just used the one it comes with. Screen hasn't broken yet knock on wood even after several drops. I used to replace my screen regularly with cheap aftermarket ones. I'm not sure I'll be able to source a replacement for this phone so I hope it doesn't break anytime soon. Battery life is amazing and really makes this phone a great deal. The only real hardware issue I've had is the fingerprint scanner stopped working after a couple months, just long enough for me to learn to rely on it.If it weren't for the fingerprint scanner failure, lack of motion photo, and annoying battery/speed restriction software this would get 5 stars easy. As it is I still give it 4 because it's just so darn cheap and there really no way to justify spending 500-1000+ on a phone these days.

Very pleased
Update - I just got my first system update since my purchase, the only issue I have with the phone is the fingerprint doesn't work correctly, but that hasn't been a problem I don't use it, plus the cost is well worth this phone. I will update again if the new system update correct the fingerprint, or if issues happen. This is a good purchase if you are a Samsung, Android phone user. Hope this helps.I have Qlink wireless that is on the T-Mobile service, I have always used Samsung Galaxy phones for years, I decided to try this phone to replace my Galaxy A20 that would not handle my files. Well, I have always had to call Qlink wireless to get a new Sim card to even change to another phone but the reviews said they put their T-Mobile Sim card in and was set. I prepared for the setup call when I received this phone but to my surprise it worked and I am very pleased with this phone, it works and runs as well as a $1,000 dollar phone, my wife has the Samsung 22 series and she is impressed with this phone. Everyone I have shown it to are planning to upgrade to this brand when there next phone buy comes around. I can't answer for any other wireless companies to work on this, but they do have a stand by customer service US number to help if you need assistance for setup or etc. there is a full refund if it isn't compatible with your carrier. Soo my experience has been good and it has been a month. This phone has so much I'm still learning. This is a brand new factory phone without all those crazy apps that are sponsored on carrier phones.I will definitely buy again and suggest to others, the space on this phone is unreal and can expect SD cards. Thanks for a superb phone.

I can't say enough about how much I love this phone!
I've only had it a few days, but it's flawless for my needs and the price is awesome! The screen is nice and clean with good graphics and great fluid response. It has quick response. I never use the speaker for listening or music, but I did test it and even though it's only mono, the sounds is very clear and sounds better than the other phones I've had with stereo. The battery life is pretty good. The camera on both front and back is sharp and clear. I live the fact that it has a programmable key in the left side that you can assign to up to three apps. The only critique I have is almost insignificant. The screen protector that it comes with, is a little small for the screen and leaves the outer edges exposed. All in all, the performance can't be beat in this price range. Get it! You won't be sorry!

Do NOT buy this!
I bought one for myself and one for my husband. The hubs dodged the bullet and decided he didn't want to change his old phone after all. I, on the other hand, HAD no choice and kept mine. It's only been a few days and I soooooooooregret this purchase! The blue tooth connection is weak, app operation is like waiting for the circle of death to load, and navigation is not as easy as it can be. All In all, the worst purchase I've made. So, I only had this phone for a few weeks and wouldn't you know, the charging port went kaput! I took it to a couple of repair places only to find that it would cost more than the phone cost to replace.SERIOUSLY, stay FARRRR away from this phone! (I ended up buying a new phone which I am totally happy with)

Not Amazon or WhatsApp capable
Imagine buying a great phone on Amazon, only to find out it cannot load Amazon. That was the case here. I could not get WhatsApp to work properly either. I researched youtube for solutions but none worked. I depend on both these apps heavily. This issue became the deal breaker.I did like the phone very much. It checked all the boxes to replace my 5 year old phone. Sadly, I have sent it back,. I just hope I get a full refund. It was hinted at that I may not get a full refund.I bought this phone for I trip I will be taking soon and could not wait for updates to remedy the problem.
