Propolis doesn't taste good ANYWAY, so of course when it's HIGHLY concentrated, it tastes horrible. BUT I really and truly think this stuff is tremendously powerful and helpful in effectively fighting off illness and keeping you well. Grateful for it. I just make sure to take gummy vitamins RIGHT after I swallow it so I can drown out the horrible taste better. ;)

I am an expat returning to the US after having lived in Mexico for 8 years; there, I was introduced to propolis, or propoleo, in Spanish. I have always been a sufferer of sinus infections and this stuff cleared it up in 2-3 days, when normally it used to take 2 weeks with medicine like Sinaide. Needless to say, I became accustomed to being able to go to any corner drug store and pick it up; but here in the US, it's not that easy and convinient to find. So, I looked on Amazon and found my elixer. This stuff is AMAZING!! I know it tastes horrible, but it's nothing a lil honey can't cure!! I always take it with tea and honey and the next day I am fully recovered. I recommend it 100%!!!

Looking for something natural to strengthen my immune system I started taking this product a year ago following a pneumony. Can only say that not only I have fully recovered but I haven't even gotten a cold since. Took it 3 times a day, 7-10 drops soaked in a few grains of sugar. In combination with Vit C the Propolis did wonders for my health !

We bought two bottles of Propolis in April. When we opened the bottle and pulled into the water, we smelt the weird odor. The propolis did not resolve with the water, and it stocked to the cup that cannot be cleaned up. Both bottles were expired in 11/2010! We are very disappointed with the quality of the product.

We discovered this years ago after going to a local health food store & discussing our health issues with the owner. It’s a fantastic aid for immunity! I definitely recommend this brand over others as well! We won’t buy any other brand of propolis. Get some now!

Propolis is probably a good product. If I ever buy it again I would only buy it pre-mixed in honey. When fully mixed into a teaspoon of honey, no problems, but before that, it sticks to your spoon, saucepan, mug and teeth and is seemingly impossible to get off (a green scourer and hot water is the best I found, but still, I'd rather not use that on my glasses - I drink from a glass sometimes - and it's VERY hard to get off. Buyer beware.

I got this bee propolis on Dr. Weil's recommendation in his book for mouth ulcers/ canker sores. It does seem to really help. Usually it would take about 10 days for one to go away. With this, I am seeing improvement the next day. Depending on where they are, they can be extremely painful, but this product seems to have a numbing affect. This product is extremely sticky and it coats the sore for quite awhile to protect it. It also has natural antiseptic properties. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it is very messy. Everyplace it goes, it will stick and it is brown, so wouldn't look nice on your lip or tooth. I have found that using a qtip swab to apply it and not putting it on very thick helps and try to let it dry before you let anything else touch it. ( Bee propolis is the glue that bees make and use to build a hive. )
